He has been in production management since 2006 and joined JUIST in 2013. He currently oversees the entire company's production operations and quality management. These departments include the sheet metal group, the machining group, the assembly group (mechanical and electrical), the quality department and the warehouse department. He and his team of approximately 50 individuals are the most dedicated in the company, ensuring the achievement of 100-200 units per year.

He began his career in sales in 2007 and joined JUIST in 2013. His current team comprises three sales representatives and six after-sales service personnel. Their aim to respond to all after-sales queries within 24 hours. They leverage their sincerity and enthusiasm to gain customer recognition and achieve annual sales of approximately 4.5 million dollars.

Master Gong is our company's most senior engineer. He has been engaged in electrical automation-related work since 1998. After joining JUIST, he specialized in the preparation of automation processes for equipment and became an indispensable PLC engineer. He is proficient in a range of programming software, including Mitsubishi GX Works, Panasonic FPWIN, Delta, Huichuan, and others.
