Features:

1.  Cold light source, with no heat radiation, and the surface temperature of the illuminated items rises only slightly. This makes it suitable for film printing and other applications where a small temperature rise of the material is required. The small heat output of the device can be utilized to address the issues associated with mercury lamp spray painting equipment, which can be particularly burdensome for the personnel involved. Moreover, the LED-UV light source emits a high-purity single-band ultraviolet light, with minimal infrared output, rendering it a cold light source. This eliminates the risk of deformation of the printed material due to heat.

2. The device is highly efficient, in that it can be opened without preheating to reach the power of ultraviolet output, and then reopened immediately after closure. The irradiation intensity is capable of reaching 8,000 mW/cm² or higher. The LED-UV light source emits a high concentration of ultraviolet energy within a narrow spectral band, resulting in a highly effective curing effect. In comparison, the traditional high-pressure mercury lamp UV light source, with an intensity of 1000 ~ 2000mW/cm², exhibits a significantly inferior curing efficacy. The traditional mercury lamp UV light source is characterized by a high brightness and a high heat output. This is due to the broad spectrum of the light, which results in a significant portion of the energy being directed toward the visible and infrared spectral bands, for heat generation. This heat can cause serious damage to the operator's eyes and may also result in thermal deformation of the workpiece.

3.  Long Life: The LED-UV lamp has a lifespan that is more than 10 times that of traditional mercury lamps. Furthermore, the service life is not affected by the number of switches.

4.  The LED-UV, devoid of infrared radiation, mercury, and ozone-producing capabilities, aligns with the ROHS standards and represents a safer and more environmentally conscious alternative to traditional mercury lamp light source technology.

5.   Low energy consumption. The power consumption of the device is only 10% of that of a traditional mercury lamp curing machine, which allows for significant savings in electricity. The service life of the device is 20,000 hours, with minimal maintenance costs. This results in savings of at least 10,000 yuan per year. Furthermore, the use of Taiwanese consumables can significantly reduce operating costs and maintenance hours.

6.  The ultraviolet irradiation device and related supporting devices are highly compact, requiring minimal mechanical installation space and pipeline construction. Their simple and straightforward setup further enhances their practicality. It can be argued that the LED-UV curing system represents a further enhancement of the environmental compatibility of the traditional UV curing system, representing an original upgrade to the underlying UV technology. The effective irradiation area can be tailored to a length of between 20mm and 2000mm.
