Introduction to this year's exhibition: 

The exhibition covers an area of over 380,000 square meters and brings together over 3,600 exhibitors from around the world. Its exhibits include PV production equipment, materials, PV batteries, PV application products, and modules, as well as PV engineering and systems, energy storage and mobile energy, inverters, and power supply equipment, etc., covering all aspects of the PV industry chain.

The opening ceremony of "SNEC PV+2024" will be held at 9:00 a.m., marking the start of another grand event in the PV industry, where elites in the global PV field will gather to jointly promote the innovation and development of the PV industry.

With the increasing urgency of global climate issues, the development of clean and sustainable energy has become a global consensus. To address this challenge, countries have put forward net-zero goals. The construction of a new power system with renewable energy as the mainstay aims to build a clean, low-carbon, safe, and efficient energy system and accelerate global energy transition. As the main force of renewable energy, solar photovoltaic power has rapidly developed worldwide.

To avoid global warming scenarios, there is an urgent need for mankind to accelerate further deployment of renewable energy sources, especially in solar energy," said Armin Aberle, Chairman of this year's PV Frontiers Technology Conference and Director of the Singapore Solar Energy Research Institute at the National University of Singapore.
