There are so many different kinds of PV film screen printing! In the last video, we introduced you the screen printing equipment for PV film sheets. Now, in this video, we're going to introduce you the screen printing equipment for PV film rolls.

Photovoltaic film rolls screen printing is also commonly referred to as photovoltaic film roll-to-roll printing. It's made up of thirteen parts, including a dual-axis unwinding unit, a load unit, a unwinding tension unit, a unwinding correction unit, an auto screen printing unit, a storage bin, a visual inspection station, IR drying unit, AC cooling unit, a corona unit, a winding tension unit, a load unit and a dual-axis winding unit.

 

The total length of the machine is 48.7 meters, the size of the printed sheet is 1400x2500mm and the capacity is about 320 pcs/hour.

The printing system uses a servo motor that's super precise and always delivers a nice, smooth print, every time.

The control system is equipped with an imported PLC programmable system and a human-machine interface, so you can rest assured that everything is in good hands!

We've made sure that this equipment is equipped with an automatic alarm device and a peripheral safety protection switch. You can even choose to equip it with a pneumatic mechanical safety protection device to ensure safe production!
