Drying is essential for printing, and they always work well together to fulfill your printing tasks. At JUIST Screen Printing, we've developed suitable drying equipment for different printing products. We use infrared rays to heat up the oven so that the infrared rays can reach every corner of the oven, and then heat up the oven uniformly, through heat conduction, convection, and radiation, to complete the drying of the products. We've also developed other great equipment to help you out, like LED-UV light solidification, pre-processing, screen making, and other ancillary facilities.
Features:
1. The apparatus employs an electric heating plate or far-infrared heating plate and other heating elements to heat the material for baking. It features an independent heating temperature zone, a cooling temperature zone, a ring wind design, and internal temperature uniformity at all points.
2. The apparatus is equipped with an intelligent temperature controller, PID automatic calculation, LED display, and SSR solid state relay output. These components enable the apparatus to accurately control the temperature.
3. Segmented control (upon reaching the set point, it is possible to deactivate several sections of the heater in order to reduce the heating power, thus achieving the effect of power saving).
4. Internal circulation air transportation. According to the product type, it is possible to set up different air transportation modes. The internal temperature uniformity can be set to different temperature curves in order to adapt to the process requirements of different products.
